Session Dates and Policies

Class enrollment is on going

Once registered, you are registered for the remainder

of the school year.

September 2024 - June 2025

All students are allowed make up classes IF there is an opening in another class of equal age/level. - Make up classes need to be signed up for in advance through

the Customer Portal

Classes will not be prorated for missed classes.

If you wish to withdraw your child from a class, you must let us know by logging into your Customer Portal and submitting a ‘Request to Drop’ form for your child.

Classes run in 8 week Sessions with Tuition Fees (or Withdrawal requests) due by the sixth week of the current session for each following session.

Session 1 : Sept. 3 - Oct 26

CLOSED Sept 1-2 for Labor Day

Session 2 : Oct. 27 - Dec. 21

CLOSED Oct. 31 forHalloween and CLOSED Nov. 28 - 30 for Thanksgiving

Session 3 : Jan. 12 - March 15

CLOSED Feb 16-22 for winter break

Session 4 : March 16 - May 10

 CLOSED April 20  for Easter

Session 5 : May 11 - June 28 *

* Date for year end Spring Show TBD

CLOSED May 24-26 for Memorial Day.

All class session fees have been prorated to accommodate the above holiday closings.
